About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Operations to play a key role in the operational leadership and management of the enterprise. This executive will be responsible for steering the development of a unified Global Operations Structure, Strategy, Metrics, and Budget that support the organization's vision to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030. The successful candidate will lead the establishment of functional Communities of Practice, collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to cultivate a healthy culture, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of global operations and support functions. A graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, a minimum of eight years in business operations, and a preference for not-for-profit leadership experience are required. The role demands a collaborative, mission-first, servant leader with superb communication skills, the ability to impact others, and a proven track record in driving clear and sustainable solutions.Applicants for the Vice President, Global Operations position at the company must demonstrate a commitment to the organization's core values, which include being Christian, professional, and a bridge-builder.
