About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its WW Distribution within the global sales organization. This high-impact, quota-carrying role is pivotal in driving the go-to-market strategy and sales revenue globally, particularly in relation to distribution partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through these partnerships, owning the distribution strategy for cloud adoption and digital transformation, and building structured business plans with strategic distribution partners. The VP will also be tasked with developing the distribution team, representing the company in partner-facing events, and ensuring the full integration of cross-functional activities to drive operational success.Applicants must have over 10 years of global experience in multiple sales leadership functions, including P&L management, and a deep understanding of the enterprise technology market, especially in the channel space. The role requires outstanding strategic capabilities, the ability to create loyalty and trust, and a proven track record of accelerating growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization, and a change mindset to transform the distribution business. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree highly desirable, and the individual should demonstrate professional agility and executive leadership in the face of market challenges.
