About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Talent Business Partners and Employee Relations to play a pivotal role in driving company-wide organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 20+ employees and act as a trusted advisor and strategic talent partner to senior executives. This role requires a deep understanding of the business to translate strategy into impactful talent, engagement, and organization strategies. The VP will be responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness, maturing the HR generalist function, and building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves using data to measure success, recommending and evaluating global organizational structures, and assisting with team change processes to support the company's hyper-growth and global scale.Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a Master's degree or relevant certification preferred, and 10-15 years' of relevant business operations and HR experience. The ideal candidate will have led a substantial global HR function in a high-growth tech industry and possess a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading global expansion strategies. Key skills include strategic orientation, critical thinking, inclusive leadership, and the ability to influence and lead large-scale initiatives. The role requires an inspirational, data-driven leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in establishing employee relations best practices is also a critical requirement for this role.
