The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to join their mission of eliminating barriers to mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the B2B growth strategy, engaging and nurturing relationships with healthcare consultants, and driving the growth strategy to expand the company's ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, excellent analytical skills, and a strong collaborative mindset. The VP of Growth will be expected to build and develop a high-performing marketing team, lead demand generation strategies, and own the company's website as a key vehicle for audience acquisition. Success in this role will be measured by achieving aggressive growth targets, developing a strong consultant community, and executing audience development strategies that accelerate business growth.Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in growth marketing, with a specific requirement for B2B experience. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of mentoring teams are essential. The role demands an individual who is a subject matter expert in the field, with an understanding of the HR and benefits market being a definite plus.
