About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic business leader for the role of VP, Head of Personal Investing. This executive will be responsible for building and executing a cohesive strategy with a strong focus on digital excellence to drive significant growth in retail wealth capabilities. The successful candidate will manage and scale all direct-to-consumer retail offerings, build a holistic wealth platform to enhance member retention and develop future asset-gathering and rollover capabilities. A key aspect of the role is to create a market-leading digital experience for customers and to oversee the integration of the broker-dealer across current and future operating models. The VP will also be accountable for driving growth in the personal investing business and delivering best-in-class member retention results.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record in designing, scaling, and delivering complex transformation initiatives, particularly in the digital space. Strong leadership skills, change management experience, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across business units, operations, marketing, and technology are essential. The role requires a self-directed leader with a vision, capable of driving organizational and technological integration, and with the ability to work within a matrix model. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or industry license is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate a large-scale digital user experience with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
