About the Role
The Company is seeking a South Region President for its Home Health business. This executive will have end-to-end leadership responsibility for nearly 100 home health offices in the southern region, with a focus on developing and implementing regional operational strategies to ensure sales and earnings growth, operational success, and performance improvement. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams at both regional and corporate levels to meet overall company objectives. The successful candidate will be tasked with career development and operational success of the regional teams, executing the regional strategy, supporting sales initiatives, monitoring operational metrics, and managing the regional budget. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in a multi-site home health environment are essential, along with at least 10 years of operations management experience and a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.The ideal candidate for the South Region President role will possess extensive operations management experience, strong financial skills, and a history of growth and budget achievements. They should be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively with senior and executive-level audiences, both internally and externally. A highly collaborative mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and deliver against P&L targets in a matrixed company are also required. Knowledge of Home Care Home Base is preferred, and a Master's degree is a plus. The role demands a leader who can expand and elevate the capabilities of a multi-level team, and who is committed to the company's mission of putting health first and creating experiences that prioritize the well-being of patients.
