About the Role:

The Company, a renowned private university, is seeking a Vice President for HR Operations to oversee and enhance HR operations and service delivery within its clinical enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and policies that align with the enterprise's clinical strategic plan. This role is pivotal in simplifying and standardizing HR transactions to reduce waste and increase value, while also providing strategic consulting solutions to support leaders and front-line talent. The Vice President will partner closely with HR leadership to assess and implement an optimal structure, establish operational standards, and ensure efficient, effective, and compliant services. Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership to senior HR and company leaders, overseeing key HR functions such as process improvement and talent relations, and ensuring that policies and practices across the employee life cycle embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related area, with a Master's preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of relevant business and progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years of team leadership. Expertise in end-to-end talent operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of performance management, change management, and organizational development are essential. The role demands a highly motivated, innovative, and change-oriented strategic thinker with a high EQ and outstanding executive presence.
