About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead strategic and operational people initiatives within the Campus Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR business partnering strategy and executive advisory, talent management and development, strategic oversight of HR processes and leadership, championing strategic HR initiatives, and providing strong leadership and mentorship to the HRBP team. This role requires a minimum of ten years of senior HR leadership experience, with at least three years in a VP-level HR position, and deep expertise across various HR disciplines. The Vice President will be expected to have strong business acumen, financial literacy, and a proven track record of managing a highly competent HR team in a complex, matrixed organization.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Human Resources role at the company will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years of basic management and functional experience. They must be adept at balancing strategic thinking with practical implementation, have a demonstrated ability to develop and lead talent strategies aligned with business priorities, and a track record of serving as a trusted business partner. The role demands a leader who can foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment, with a strong service spirit, and who is tenacious and accountable in driving results. The candidate should also be skilled in high-velocity recruitment, organizational development, and have a proven ability to maintain discretion with sensitive employee information.
