About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead the HR team and drive the Talent Strategy for its Studio Operations, Global Real Estate, and Enterprise Sustainability. This role is pivotal in supporting a 1400+ employee organization that includes production, post-production, facilities, and broadcast operations at one of the largest media facilities in the world. The successful candidate will be a senior consultant to the business, developing and executing an integrated HR strategy, managing and developing talent, and fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity of thought. Key responsibilities include acting as a People Partner to ensure the well-being of all employees, being a Growth Advocate who influences business decisions with people strategies, and a Change Agent who implements strategies for sustainable business results.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, industrial labor relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years leading a HR team, and 2 years working with a represented workforce. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in organizational and talent development, labor relations, and change management. Strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage through competing priorities in a matrixed environment are essential. A graduate degree, particularly an MBA, is preferred, as is prior experience in the media/television industry. The ideal candidate will be a champion of collaboration, a skilled labor navigator, and a coach who can bring out the best in their team and partners.
