About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Infrastructure Operational Reliability & Resilience. This senior leadership role is pivotal in guiding the global day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and resilience of the company's IT systems, leading production support activities to meet system performance goals, and driving the resolution of high-priority incidents. The VP will also oversee the release and change management processes, ensuring the quality of all deliveries, and driving automation and modernization of operational and change processes. A key aspect of the role is to build effective partnerships across IT to quickly resolve and prevent incidents, and to drive organizational change with teams involved in production deliveries.Candidates for this role must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 12 years in information technology, including a minimum of 6 years at a Director level or above. Strong experience in application production support, ITIL processes, and change/release management is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and Lean practices, as well as experience with global service providers and automation/AI tools. A proven ability to drive organizational change, manage high-pressure environments, and work across organizational boundaries is required. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree, executive experience in operational support, ITILv3 certification, and a solid understanding of IT financial structures.
