About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to join their dynamic team and lead the development of winning B2C and B2B marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in exceeding growth targets and will involve close collaboration with the business and leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing efforts to support the company's recruitment solutions in North America, with a strong focus on driving demand generation and field marketing efforts in partnership with the sales organization. Key responsibilities include setting the market strategy, researching and understanding the market and industry, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that marketing communications are coordinated and on message. The VP, Marketing will also oversee the annual marketing spend, lead the marketing team, and actively contribute to the delivery of strategic plans.To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. A strong background in recruitment environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, develop and implement successful marketing plans, and utilize marketing research techniques. They should be adept at gathering and analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and influencing others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to deliver presentations and manage both strategic and operational levels is essential.
