Senior Business Consultant - Diagnostics

Hartmann Young has partnered with revolutionary medical diagnostics company specialising in point-of-care solutions for blood coagulation. The company has their innovative product already on the market in EU, and has just commercialised in the US.
As a Vice President of North America, you will be responsible for leading the commercial operations in the North American market, driving revenue growth, and establishing the company as a key player in the field of coagulation diagnostics.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market penetration for coagulation diagnostic products in North America.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to ensure product development, supply chain, and regulatory strategies are aligned with market requirements and business objectives.
Drive the implementation of marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience overseeing North American territory.
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline minimum.
Extensive experience in sales of diagnostic or medical devices.
Familiarity with internal procedures concerning customer and distributor interactions to enhance optimisation for each.
Evidence of adept selling abilities within a technology-driven context.
Established track record of effectively managing distributors to optimize sales achievements.
