About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting, Hospitality to lead the Finance and Accounting activities for its hospitality services and business lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting information, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP and financial systems, and preparing various financial statements and reports. This role involves overseeing a team of Directors and Accounting Managers, providing administrative oversight for accounting, treasury, internal operational audit, financial analysis, and business operations projects. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining financial policies and procedures, coordinating audit preparations, and providing the Executive Finance team with timely financial reviews.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being a plus. A minimum of 12 years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry, and at least 6 years in a leadership role are required. Experience in new business acquisition, ERP implementation, and Net Suite knowledge is highly valued. The role demands a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and budget principles, as well as the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, profitability improvement, and growth strategies, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
