About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Audio-Visual Operations to lead the strategic direction, brand positioning, and growth of AV operations. This executive will be responsible for developing market strategy, fostering a culture of hospitality, and ensuring the quality control and financial performance of the AV operations. The role involves leading a management team that handles both managed-service and cost-plus AV operations accounts, as well as on-call AV Technician pools. The VP will also be a key member of the Executive Council, collaborating with leadership to meet company goals and presenting performance reports. In addition, the role includes marketing and business development activities, such as representing the company in the marketplace, managing client relationships, and participating in the sales process.Candidates for the Vice President of Audio-Visual Operations position should have 10-15 years' experience as a senior leader, with a strong background in audiovisual and technical managed service delivery. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in personnel management, and the ability to make business decisions based on financial data. A high degree of self-awareness and the AVIXA CTS certification are also preferred. The successful candidate will be the executive point of contact for all accounts, responsible for executive-level client engagement, and will lead a team of regional managers and directors.
