The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evolution and innovation of new approaches and services, as well as fostering staff growth and thought leadership within the organization. Strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in new business initiatives are also key aspects of the role.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of total business experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare marketing or communications agency roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in developing successful healthcare marketing strategies, particularly with launch brands in novel therapeutic areas, is highly valued. The role demands digital marketing expertise, demonstrated people management experience, and the ability to present marketing and strategic plans to important client decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a collaborative environment and the skills to influence and align teams to ensure the highest quality offerings to clients.
