Launchpad is Pega’s platform for helping software companies build, launch, and scale faster. Our team sits at the intersection of product, AI, and go‑to‑market, turning platform innovation into real customer impact by accelerating adoption, unlocking growth, and enabling providers to deliver value sooner and at scale.
You will lead the sales & revenue engine for one of the most exciting platforms in Pega's portfolio — shaping how Launchpad reaches ISVs, enterprises, and partners around the world. You'll have the rare opportunity to build a GTM motion from the ground up, partner with brilliant teammates across product, marketing, and engineering, and define a new category in agentic application development.
Base salary range for this role is 199,700 - 315,700 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
