About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Care Marketplace to lead the creation and implementation of a robust marketplace strategy, ensuring balanced and sustainable mental health access. The role involves identifying key challenges and opportunities in the mental health marketplace, developing a comprehensive roadmap for initiatives and partnerships, and driving the implementation with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply and demand of mental health access, optimizing provider utilization, and tracking key marketplace metrics to improve access and reduce barriers to care. Additionally, the VP will build and manage a high-performing marketplace motion, foster a culture of collaboration, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations on marketplace expansion and innovation.Applicants for this role must have at least 10 years of experience in building and scaling complex marketplace or operations environments, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies, experience with data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of operations management. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential. While not required, experience in the mental health industry or a related field, as well as a Master's degree, is a plus.
