Vice President of Catering

Crisp & Green is a fast-casual brand built around wellness — real ingredients and food that makes people feel good. As we scale our catering business into a meaningful growth channel, we're looking for a Vice President of Catering to build and lead this arm of the company from the ground up.

The Role

The VP of Catering will own the strategy, operations, and P&L for our catering division nationwide. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can blend operational rigor with brand storytelling — translating our wellness-forward food philosophy into a catering experience that corporate clients, event planners, and individual guests trust and love.

You'll build teams, systems, and partnerships that allow catering to scale profitably while staying true to our quality and wellness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set strategy: Define and execute the vision, growth targets, and market positioning for the catering business, aligned with overall company goals
• Own the P&L: Manage catering revenue, margins, and cost structure; forecast demand and partner regarding pricing strategy
• Menu innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams on packaging to evolve the catering menu 
• Build operations: Partner with Operations & Sourcing for a scalable production, packaging and delivery
• Lead teams: Hire, develop, and manage catering sales and operations; build a culture of accountability and hospitality
• Drive sales & partnerships: Develop corporate accounts, event partnerships, and channel relationships (offices, hospitals, universities, wedding/event planners, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency: Partner with culinary, marketing, and menu development teams to ensure catering offerings reflect the brand's wellness positioning and taste standards
• Report to leadership: Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to the executive team

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years in catering, food service, or hospitality leadership, with at least 3+ years in a senior/executive role
• Proven track record scaling a catering or B2B food/events business, ideally in a multi-unit or multi-market environment
• P&L ownership experience with strong command of unit economics
• Experience building and leading sales and operations teams
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, or better-for-you food concepts (genuine alignment with brand mission)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with corporate and event clients
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
