Job Description - Vice President of Customer Success

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required
Minimum 10 years' experience in leading customer-facing organizations required
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams required
Superior leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team required
Responsibilities

The Vice President of Customer Success will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer success strategy as well as collaborating closely with the sales team to cross-sell innovative products
