About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and inspire its global and remote engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning engineering efforts with the business, defining and executing the engineering strategy, and promoting a product-centric mindset. This role involves close collaboration with product, design, customer success, and support leadership to ensure that engineering drives results across the organization. The VP of Engineering will also be instrumental in instilling the company's values and leadership principles within the team, developing and codifying roadmaps, and deploying strategies for technical advances and platform improvements.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in a management role, and a proven track record of leadership in complex strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs, manage multiple projects independently, and nurture a fast-paced team of high performers. Experience in a SaaS company, a passion for the creator economy or marketing tech, and a background in a fast-paced startup environment are considered bonus points. The role requires a results-oriented mindset, the ability to tackle issues with urgency, and a commitment to a transparent, values-driven leadership style.
