Vice President of Finance.

RESTAURANT COMPANY. Boston Massachusetts

Successful, well established, restaurant/hospitality company is looking for a experienced, hands on financial professional to oversee the company's financial/tax reporting processes.

Providing critical information to the senior leadership team on key performance metrics(revenues, costs, margins, profits, lease costs, etc.) establishing financial and operating budgets along with the COO, and developing weekly/monthly reports that keep leadership and operations partners aware of all financial trends are a few vital focuses of the role.

Please have:

*** A minimum of 12 years of restaurant accounting & financial experience with a national or regional chain concept.

*** A deep understanding of financial data analysis, banking processes and payroll management.

*** Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.

***Dynamic leadership style that can work both independently and foster a collaborative, positive reinforcing culture.
