The role demands a leader with a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of recruiting and leadership experience in customer-facing business, and a proven track record in talent assessment. The VP will also be tasked with managing a recruiting budget, developing a robust internal recruiting program, and must be innovative in improving recruiting processes.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Franchise Recruiting position at the company will have a background in grocery, retail, or customer service, and a passion for collaborating and driving results. Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a remote team and a team budget. Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage time, has a proven approach to talent assessment, and is adept at performance coaching. The VP will be expected to travel to meet with internal stakeholders and potential candidates, and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
