About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Hospitality with a background in luxury hospitality to oversee and ensure the highest standards of service across its local locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of performance, developing and implementing hospitality strategies to enhance guest experiences, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with a solid background in luxury hospitality, known for uncompromising service, and a proven track record of success in managing and scaling luxury hospitality operations.As the VP of Hospitality, the candidate will be expected to have at least 5 years of executive-level management experience in the luxury service industry, a strong ability to facilitate organizational change, and excellent leadership skills to mentor and inspire multiple teams. The role involves collaborating with HR to select key crew members, ensuring operational efficiency at each location, and maintaining consistent communication with the executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences and the role demands a leader with a hands-on approach, open communication, and a commitment to driving quality improvement.
