The Vice President of Human Resources at the company is a key leadership role with a primary focus on overseeing all aspects of the HR function. As a change agent and employee advocate, the VP of HR will be instrumental in upholding the company's values and culture.To stand out in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 7-10 years' of HR experience in a company with 250 or more employees, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. A demonstrated servant leadership mentality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HR information systems, strategic planning, and problem-solving methods, as well as experience in the technical aspects of HR management. Certification such as SHRM CP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
