About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead and manage strategic initiatives, solutions architecture, and standard methods development across the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-value projects in continuous improvement, IT systems and infrastructure enhancements, and integrations/acquisitions. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-location leadership, successful ERP system implementations, and strong cross-functional management. The Vice President will also be expected to provide strategic direction, general oversight to the IT department, and lead the next generation of business intelligence reporting platforms.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a technical background preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in business optimization and project management. Experience in leading high-value projects and driving continuous improvement programs in a multi-facility environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and coach employees at all levels. A Master's degree in business or a related field, Lean Six Sigma certification, and PMI certification are highly preferred. The role demands a self-motivated individual with the ability to quantify results, adapt to change, and interface with all levels of management.
