· Manage and develop a team of Project Managers, Senior Engineers, and Technicians across multiple regions, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, and results.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer and manufacturer expectations.
· Direct operations for traditional HVAC systems (new construction, retrofits, and service) primarily in the Texas market.
· Lead the execution of complex Liquid Cooling projects (direct-to-chip, immersion, rear-door heat exchangers, etc.) integrated with facility HVAC infrastructure nationwide.
· Collaborate closely with the Sales team, manufacturers, and engineering partners to convert opportunities into successful projects.
· Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices for project management, risk mitigation, quality control, and operational excellence.
· Manage overall operational financial performance, including project forecasting, cost control, margin management, and profitability.
· Champion safety programs and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, industry, and customer safety standards.
· Serve as the key escalation point for project-related issues with customers, general contractors, and partners.
· Support strategic planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and business development initiatives.
· Stay current with industry trends in both traditional HVAC and advanced data center cooling technologies, standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.), and best practices.
· Onboarding New Employees to the Role : Successfully onboard new team members to the role by delivering structured role-specific training, introducing key processes, tools, and systems, setting clear performance expectations, and providing ongoing support and resources during the initial 30-90 days to ensure rapid productivity, confidence, and seamless integration into daily operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
· 12+ years of progressive experience in HVAC and mechanical systems, with significant exposure to both commercial HVAC and data center projects.
· 6+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-regional operations and large teams of project managers and technicians.
· Demonstrated success delivering both traditional HVAC projects in commercial/institutional markets and complex liquid cooling projects in data centers.
· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, liquid cooling technologies (CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, immersion, etc.), and data center infrastructure.
· Proven ability to manage operations across multiple geographies, with a focus on scaling teams and processes.
· Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
