Accountable for growth, productivity and development of communities and assigned service lines aligned with the strategic plan and annual plans.

Develops work plans in alignment with the ministry’s strategic plan

Accountable for financial performance of communities and assigned service lines(i.e., achieving operating margin, census goals, budgeted revenue and expense.)

Leads Executive Directors, Directors of Resident Services, and HCBS Directors to develop and implement annual operating plans and budget

Monitors all operation policies and processes and prepares recommend changes.

Leads the change and implementation of standardized operating policies and procedures.

Ensures adherence to culinary and maintenance standards leveraging support from Home Office resources.

Reviews quality reports then developing action plans as indicated, and monitoring effectiveness.

Partners with SVP of Health & Wellness to ensure proper administration of the ministry QAPI committee.

Partners with the SVP of Health & Wellness to ensure the offered clinical platforms are performing as required.

Supports adherence to all clinical services standards and quality outcomes.

Coordinates and monitors audits the documentation to assess the quality of the service, health and wellness support provided to all residents.

Ensures communities remain in substantial compliance for all state and federal agencies.

Functions as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care to all residents.

Monitors Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and develops plans to meet or exceed the KPI’s.

Partners with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure adherence to sales and business development process and the Sales and Marketing plans.

Ensures each community or service line maintains a positive image in the greater community and develops positive relationships with business leaders and referral sources.

Serves as a primary resource for resident, family and associate concerns.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ten (10) years’ experience in senior housing or healthcare operations, with minimum five (5) years operational leadership experience in a multi-site provider

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Experience with state/federal survey processes.

Desired

Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation, and interaction with others

Ability to analyze and assess reports, including, quality, risk management, human resources, and regulatory reports and financial reports; then develop action plan and monitor its effectiveness
