About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize its global supply chain, from production through to logistics and fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations that meet both current and future organizational needs. This pivotal role involves managing key vendors, optimizing the supply chain and logistics operations, and leading global fulfillment to enhance customer service levels and productivity. The SVP of Operations will also be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships, overseeing quality control, and supporting the development and adoption of technology solutions to drive brand growth.Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in production, fulfillment, and/or operational leadership, preferably in a manufacturing retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of global production ownership, experience in both direct-to-consumer and B2B premium consumer brands, and a strong background in project management. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, proficiency in retail math, and experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. The role requires a detail-oriented, technologically proficient individual who is adept at risk management, building partnerships, and implementing strong business terms. The candidate should be an effective communicator, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organization.
