Reporting to the Hospital President and the Vice President of Perioperative Services for the Mount Sinai Health System, the Vice President of Perioperative Services for Mount Sinai Hospital is responsible for the clinical services within Perioperative Services. Accountability includes overall planning for nursing and patient care delivery to ensure high-quality professional nursing practice and patient care through the development of mission, vision, strategic plans, quality assessment and improvement programs; education and research efforts; patient care standards; and resource allocation and financial management to assure quality of patient care.
