About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for the Americas to spearhead the strategic direction and execution of product lines including accounting, HCM, and payroll. This pivotal role involves leading the product strategy and roadmap to meet aggressive business objectives, such as double-digit revenue growth, cloud migrations, and product cross-selling. The successful candidate will be an outcome-oriented leader, responsible for defining the product vision, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company OKRs. They will also be tasked with developing a world-class product team, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving best-in-class user experience and commercialization.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of bringing new products and services to market. A deep understanding of SaaS software and knowledge of artificial intelligence are essential. The role requires a people manager with experience in high-performing team leadership, and a background in accounting, payroll, or HR software is desired. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA or MS degree preferred.
