The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the creation of innovative products that address real-world challenges and prioritize customer needs. This role demands a solution-oriented individual with a commercial acumen, who can effectively gather and articulate product requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders. The Vice President will also be responsible for being the voice of the customers in product and API designs, owning key customer experiences, and ensuring that the product development process is customer-centric and iterative.Applicants must have a proven track record in product management, preferably at the VP level, with a focus on building Payments SaaS platforms in partner-defined distribution models. Experience with platform/API products, system design concepts, and a strong understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in the financial sector are essential. The role requires a self-starter with a hands-on approach, capable of leading Agile ceremonies and managing a team of remote product managers. Preferred qualifications include experience with clearing and settlement mechanisms, knowledge of partner distribution models, and a background in UI/UX management. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and a history of making strategic decisions that drive business growth.
