About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Revenue Operations with a strong background in Sales Strategy & Rev Ops, at least 10 years of experience, and expertise in SFDC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the US Revenue Operations function, driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of sales strategies, programs, systems, and initiatives. This role requires a highly consultative, customer-centric professional with superb collaboration skills, the capacity to think and act on both tactical and strategic levels, and a strong background in quantitative analysis. The VP will also be expected to manage a team that supports RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contracts, as well as act as the SME for coordinating and guiding all back-office processes to expedite sales.Candidates should have a proven track record of strong leadership, people management experience, and the ability to influence and drive solutions cross-functionally with senior leadership. A creative thinker with a passion for data and analytics, the VP should be a risk-taker with a high level of ambition balanced with good business judgment. Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or Einstein Analytics is a plus, as is a positive, professional demeanor with a can-do attitude. The role involves delivering strategic projects, building and managing territory plans, partnering with cross-functional teams on incentive plan strategy, and maximizing the value from The Company's tech stack. The VP will also be expected to proactively provide insights on reporting analysis to monitor and improve performance.
