Job Description - Vice President of Sales
The Vice President of Sales will drive revenue growth for the private label skincare business, which currently serves over 3,000 customers and averaging approx 30% annual growth. This will be achieved by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Additionally, the VP will focus on driving revenue growth for the medical skincare products line through strategic planning and implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team to achieve targets, with reps calling on dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and top accounts to drive adoption of our products and treatment protocols
Partner with medical affairs to train sales team and customers on product science, usage, and benefits
Collaborate with marketing on HCP and patient-facing initiatives to build brand awareness and demand
Establish strong relationships with key partners and open new channels, with a focus on expanding our private label business
Provide market insights to guide product development and lifecycle management
Collaborate with marketing and product development on brand positioning, new product launches and promotions tailored for our private label customers
Provide market insights to guide private label product development, pricing and positioning to meet business customer needs
Qualifications :
8 + years sales Senior Director / Executive VP experience in either medical aesthetics,beauty/personal care, with private label experience strongly preferred
Track record of successfully launching products and growing market share
Proven track record growing private label sales and penetration with key retail accounts
Profound knowledge of the retail landscape and strong industry relationships
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
