About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for Global Services Providers to lead a team of account executives and directors focused on the growth of the SL1 hybrid cloud monitoring platform within the global system integrator vertical. The role involves managing and overseeing a top-performing global team to achieve sales targets, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop sales growth strategies, and creating accountability and sales efficiency through the use of KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing deep knowledge of the SL1 platform, executing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales development and marketing, and building strong partnerships with sales leaders, product marketing, engineering, and professional services. Additionally, the role requires mentoring, coaching, and maintaining relationships with key executive decision makers within the GSI community.Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including direct software sales experience and a proven track record of expanding the GSI global customer footprint. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with C-level GSI decision makers and thought leaders, superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional service orientation, and strong business acumen. Experience with Salesforce, excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, and a high level of ethical standards are also essential. The role demands an inspirational leader with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
