About the Role
The Company, a provider of call intelligence solutions for marketing automation and lead generation, is seeking a Vice President of Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement to lead their Sales Operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic goals and operational effectiveness, including the design and execution of sales goals and compensation plans. This role involves implementing scalable, data-driven processes, building a team of sales operations and enablement talent, and managing sales forecast processes, expense forecasts, order management, deal desk, and sales compensation. The VP will also work closely with senior sales and executive leadership to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation, and will oversee the annual planning process for sales in collaboration with corporate FP&A.Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations within an enterprise software sales environment, with a proven track record in forecasting, budgeting, compensation plans, and tactical programs. Additionally, the role requires at least 10 years of leadership experience in sales, expertise in contract review and negotiations, and proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline analytics. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying areas for improvement and cost savings, and will have a strong focus on increasing efficiency and ensuring reliable results.
