The Holganix team is searching for a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to operate as a senior deal-runner and partnership leader across multiple growth businesses. This is not a traditional sales role. This is an action platform for a high-capacity player/coach who can convert high-level access at potential partners into structured opportunities, coordinated execution, and measurable commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proven execution leader with meaningful experience, strong intellectual horsepower, and the ability to operate confidently in executive rooms. They will work externally with senior partners and clients while leading internal cross-functional teams to bring complex partnerships and deals to completion.
This role combines strategic thinking, content and narrative capability, and lots of hands-on deal execution.
