About the Role
The Vice President, Partner Integration Manager at the company is a key role focused on driving business growth through strategic partnerships with external platform providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the distribution channel, acquiring new merchants and customers, and executing product delivery for the next generation of consumer financial technology. This includes leading all aspects of strategic partnership deal execution, from exploration and evaluation to deal structuring and negotiation, as well as managing the portfolio of partner developments. The role demands multi-disciplinary skills, including technical analysis, solutions design, financial understanding, and project management acumen, to accelerate the adoption of the company's products through new distribution channels.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in partner development, relationship management, or innovation. A strong technology or product background is essential, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Desired qualifications include experience in credit card, consumer finance, payments, or retail services, as well as Agile, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a strong focus on customer experience, and the ability to proactively drive initiatives. Additionally, a deep understanding of financial services, payment industry trends, and negotiation skills are required.
