About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People to join their remote-first team. This role is pivotal in fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and aligning global HR and people strategies with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a world-class people capability to support the company's continued global growth, as well as identifying and implementing agile HR systems to meet the needs of a globally distributed workforce. They will also oversee the execution of HR programs and processes, refine global HR policies to promote diversity and inclusion and safeguard the company's culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years in a global/international people management role, with a proven track record of understanding and implementing strategies that resonate on a global scale. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on managerial experience in HR operations, compliance, and talent management is required, preferably within high-growth tech or professional service sectors. The role demands a leader who can scale recruitment processes, introduce innovative talent strategies, and design HR programs that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on building and scaling dynamic, culturally diverse HR teams and will embody an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on adaptability, creativity, and ethical standards.
