The role involves rigorous quantitative and qualitative research, including the development of surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The VP will also be expected to write comprehensive client reports, create effective presentations, and apply equity, diversity, inclusion, and access principles throughout all projects. Additionally, the VP will be involved in client cultivation, business development, and firm capacity building, including building the brand and visibility of the company, creating synergy within the workforce, and participating in ongoing educational programs. Candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of eight to ten years in senior management or consulting roles in the arts and culture field. A track record in strategy, program planning, business modeling, or cultural master planning is preferred, as well as experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational skills, and proficiency in Office 365. While not all qualifications are mandatory, a combination of several is encouraged. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for the arts and culture field, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment that may involve travel.
