About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Point Solution Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-state territory, with a focus on continually prospecting, identifying, and securing new client accounts to drive company growth. This role demands a "hunter" mentality, exceptional strategic business understanding in the health provider industry, and the ability to offer unique perspectives that challenge the status quo. The VP will be expected to establish and maintain C-Suite and senior executive level relationships, working to promote and expand the partnership between the company and its clients. Strong communication, influence, and the ability to manage large, complex healthcare accounts are essential.Applicants must have a 4-year college degree, a minimum of 7 years' of work experience in healthcare software industry sales, and a proven track record in strategic enterprise healthcare provider sales. The role requires a candidate with a rigorous commitment to communication, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree and over 10 years' of direct sales experience in healthcare delivery organizations. The VP will work cross-functionally with other sales teams, marketing, and customer success, and must be adept at adjusting to a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and the company's value proposition.
