The Company, a leading software and cloud technology solutions provider, is seeking a Vice President of Pre-Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in technology sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for business growth. The VP of Pre-Sales will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling solutions. They will also be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive pre-sales strategy, engage with clients at various sales cycle stages, and ensure that the team maintains a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' in progressive leadership roles within the software industry. Technical expertise in ISVs and software services, as well as experience in complex architectures and enterprise customer implementations, are essential. The role requires a leader with strong communication, strategic thinking, and CRM skills, who is results-oriented and has an entrepreneurial mindset. The VP of Pre-Sales will be responsible for team leadership, pre-sales strategy development, customer engagement, solution development, and proposal management. They must also be adept at fostering collaboration, driving organizational synergy, and continuously improving pre-sales processes.
