The VP will also be tasked with leading on and offshore development teams, driving Agile product engineering processes, and ensuring a customer-first mindset in all technology initiatives.The ideal candidate for the VP of Product Engineering position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record of at least 6-10 years in IT disciplines, with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure services, and application development. Key qualifications include the ability to recruit and mentor top technology talent, a strategic approach to technology that aligns with business goals, and a commitment to industry-leading practices. The role requires a candidate who can quickly come up to speed on the company's products and services, establish effective relationships with key stakeholders, and lead the product engineering organization within the first 12 months. The VP will also be expected to influence product solutions and architectures, and to work closely with executive leadership to drive technology initiatives that support business growth and enhance customer experience.
