About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead and oversee its U.S. consumer product portfolio, which includes home and kitchen appliances and televisions. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, a data-driven strategist, and a hands-on collaborative team player. Responsibilities for this role include defining and developing new products, designing and executing product marketing strategies, managing product launches, and ensuring product positioning and messaging are in line with the brand. The VP will also be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring product marketers, as well as setting and tracking key performance indicators for the product marketing function.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is a plus) and at least 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in the home appliance, consumer electronics, or similar B2C environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a multi-national company and work effectively in a matrixed organization. The role requires a high level of agility, adaptability, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. Experience in procurement-related activities and a mastery of Microsoft Office are also desired. The VP will be expected to set strategic direction, provide thought leadership, and ensure the product marketing team delivers a compelling and competitive product line-up that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
