Vice President, Program and Project Management II

BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field OR the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of project management experience in the buy-side investment management industry preferred Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong dedication to quality client service Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (internal as well as client facing) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to articulate Archer's capabilities and industry best practices as well as make business process improvement recommendations Team player, who can also successfully operate independently Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or comparable tool Self-starter, self-finisher Business process improvement & construction of efficient processes Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and technical aptitude Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks
