About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of New Business Sales to lead a team responsible for selling the company's suite of virtual care services to large employers. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors, as well as a team of business development representatives. Key responsibilities include building strategic relationships at the C-Suite level, creating a compelling vision for clients, establishing priorities and strategic plans, and developing key performance metrics to drive business growth. The role also involves accurate forecasting, maximizing quarterly and annual goals, and working closely with senior leadership to enhance products and services.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the healthcare industry. A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales management, is required. Experience in a business-to-business environment, particularly in selling healthcare services, and a preference for those with experience in complex and strategic sales, healthcare technology, or digital health. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders to achieve business objectives. The role demands a leader who can energize and build rapport at all levels within an organization, and who is adept at recruiting and retaining top talent.
