About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and development of RCM standards, processes, and performance metrics to ensure the achievement of business objectives. This role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, strategic vendors, and state agencies. The VP will also be tasked with establishing strategic priorities and executing operational processes that increase administrative efficiency, and improve physician satisfaction and team engagement. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in Auditing, Billing, and Coding, and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in EMR and charge capture systems is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing business operations, budgeting, and staff development. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to foster inclusive work environments, and a strong problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and the ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced setting is essential.
