About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead their AWS Sales team, focusing on the AWS Connect solution set. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving new business from opportunity to closure, and ensuring that clients understand the impact of implementing Amazon's suite of services on their customer experience. This role requires a deep specialization in the contact center, CRM, and customer experience solutions, with a specific background in PaaS, SaaS, and professional services sales, preferably in a contact center environment. The Vice President, Sales will be expected to possess an in-depth understanding of AWS Connect, develop executive-level relationships, and drive the appropriate sales disciplines to meet and exceed all sales goals and quotas.Applicants for the Vice President, Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of direct sales and sales management experience, a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals, and the ability to initiate and grow C-level and senior relationships within client organizations.
