About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Sales AMR to lead a team of 8 Strategic Account Managers and drive the conversion of enterprise opportunities into long-term customers. The role involves managing a short and efficient sales cycle, nurturing relationships with C-level executives, and ensuring new revenue growth within the territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, building a sales strategy for the region, analyzing revenues and products, and developing objectives in alignment with the company's strategy. Additionally, the VP Sales AMR will be hands-on in deal closure, recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Reps, and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers to ensure business expansion.Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in sales management, a proven track record of recruiting and building effective sales teams, and experience in selling SaaS complex solutions. A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct and indirect sales to large enterprise customers with a successful revenue generation history is required. The role demands a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, willingness to work in a global team, a proactive approach to business building, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, ambitious, creative, and self-motivated, with a willingness to travel as needed.
