Summary of position-

The VP, Sales & Global Partnerships will be a key contributor and leader to PJS Charter Brokerage and the Elevate Jet Digital Marketplace (the “App”). The VP, Sales & Global Partnerships will lead the pipeline growth and business development activities through strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private membership organizations, and exclusive lifestyle networks for our new integrated technology platform designed to transform how private jets are booked, managed and experienced. This role will own a portfolio of contacts and will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities and developing a strong pipeline from these select contacts while leading the PJS Charter Outside Sales team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

• Drive the execution of strategic sales activity and transactions for the PJS Charter Outside Sales and Digital Marketplace Sales team using data and key performance indicators to achieve revenue growth. 
• Recruit, hire and manage industry sales professionals to execute daily tasks 
• Work with powerhouse organizations to form strong alliances that fuel App growth and amplify its presence across the industry.
• Understand clients' business and market challenges and be able to articulate the capabilities of the App to address such challenges.
• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders specifically C-Level suite, both at client and within Elevate to drive and facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Be a voice of the customer within Elevate, championing their cause for the mutual benefit of customers long term strategy and Elevate's strategic ambitions.
• Drive deal approval process internally to secure alignment on deal proposals, sales support and manage sales pursuits as needed.
• Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of prospecting and deal closure, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate in multi-cultural globally spread delivery, support, finance, legal and other teams of Elevate to meet business objectives.
• Solicit input from other stakeholder organizations when needed in the creation or ongoing management of the Sales Plan.
• Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing, or for reporting activities.
• Register new sales opportunities (pipeline) electronically in CRM and ensure it is included in management reporting or sales forecasting activities.
• Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, service incidents.
• Participate and continue activities (sales enablement training and/or solution overviews) to enhance product knowledge and understand solution roadmap/s.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Understanding of the role of technology and digital transformations in solving business problems.
• Strategic thinker, with credible track record operating in a highly matrixed environment, focusing on continuous process improvement, revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with attention to details.
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local/national language.
• Demonstrated success in driving new customer acquisition and managing complex commercial engagements

Education & Experience-

• Bachelor Degree Business, Entrepreneurship, Business Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven success developing and maintaining relationships to an elite clientele or C-Suite level decision makers.
• Experience with high-end retail or product offering for the high-net worth client is a plus
• Proven experience selling and fostering relationships with the executive leaders and ownership in private membership organizations and exclusive lifestyle networks. 

Schedule & Travel-

• Standard business hours are expected in this role.
• Ability to travel as required up to 50%
