About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales Enablement to join their team and play a crucial role in the growth of their revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and iterating on enablement and solution strategies and programs for the global Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This includes leveraging deep sales, enablement, and solutions knowledge to develop scalable strategies that empower the GTM teams, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product & Engineering to define a clear roadmap and balance competing interests. The VP will also be expected to build and scale a high-performing team, develop leaders, and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of sales enablement and solutions experience, with at least 5 years leading multiple teams. Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in cyber/data security, is preferred. The role requires a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through effective enablement programs, as well as exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. A good understanding of technology solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, the ability to analyze data for business insights, and experience in building sales methodologies that improve outcomes. Additionally, the role demands strong people leadership skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
